Mr. Khalifa Al-Kuwari is the Chief Operating Officer of the Qatar Investment Authority (“QIA”) and Qatar Holding LLC (“QH”) where he oversees the entire business support infrastructure (Risk, Legal, HR, IT, Finance and Administration) for Qatar Investment Authority and Qatar Holding. Khalifa is also the Head of Business Development department at Qatar Holding. Khalifa joined Qatar Investment Authority in early 2007 as a key senior member of the QIA team.

Sheikha Hanadi is the Founder & Chairperson of Amwal, CEO of AL Waab City Real Estate development project and Deputy CEO of Nasser Bin Khaled AL Thani & Sons Group.

She started her career as a lecturing assistant in the Economics Department of Qatar University.

In 1998, she founded Qatar Ladies Investment Company (the now re-branded Amwal), the first investment company to receive a license from Qatar Central Bank to conduct Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management in Qatar.

H.E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah is Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. He is responsible for representing Qatar in the international community pursuant to country’s political leadership role.

H.E. Al-Attiyah was previously Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation from 2008 to 2011. He established a private legal practice in 1995 called Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah Firm for Legal Consultations and Services.

Tarik Mohamed Yousef was appointed in March 2011 as Chief Executive Officer of Silatech.

His policy experience includes working at the African and Middle East Departments of the International Monetary Fund, the Middle East and North Africa Region at World Bank, the United Nations Development Program, and the Millennium Project at the UN. He is a regular media commentator, public speaker and advisor to international institutions, governments and corporations on Middle Eastern affairs.
