Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser has been actively engaged in education and social reform in Qatar for many years and has played a major role in spearheading various national and international development projects.

She currently serves as chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, a private non-profit organization founded in 1995 on the personal initiative of His highness The Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

After a distinguished career with the United Nations and the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Martti Ahtisaari was elected as President of the Republic of Finland in 1994. He held the position until the end of February 2000.

Upon leaving office as President of the Republic of Finland, Mr. Ahtisaari has taken up several international tasks to continue his career in international peace-mediation and conflict resolution. He is assisted in these tasks by the staff of the Crisis Management Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organisation that Mr. Ahtisaari founded in 2000 and for which he acts as the Chairman of the Board.

H.E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah is Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. He is responsible for representing Qatar in the international community pursuant to country’s political leadership role.

H.E. Al-Attiyah was previously Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation from 2008 to 2011. He established a private legal practice in 1995 called Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah Firm for Legal Consultations and Services.

Her Highness Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel is the wife of His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al-Saud, founder and chairman of Kingdom Holdings Company.

Sir David Bell became a Director of Pearson in March 1996. He is Chairman of the Financial Times Group, having been Chief Executive of the Financial Times since 1993. In July 1998 he was appointed Pearson’s Director for People with responsibility for the recruitment, motivation, development and reward of employees across the Pearson Group & in June 2003 he also became Chairman of Pearson Inc in New York.

John Chambers is Chairman and CEO of Cisco. He has helped grow the company from $70 million when he joined Cisco in January 1991, to $1.2 billion when he assumed the role of CEO, to its current run-rate of approximately $40 billion. In November 2006, Chambers was named Chairman of the Board, in addition to his CEO role.

Mr. Little brings over 35 years of experience in working for and with young people.

Rick Little is a “serial social entrepreneur.” During 35 years of work, he has envisioned and established numerous initiatives that promote economic opportunity, job creation and positive youth development operating in more than 100 countries. His work focuses on building practical and sustainable solutions to large-scale challenges by galvanizing relationships among social entrepreneurs, thought leaders and investors from various disciplines.

Mary Robinson, the first woman President of Ireland (1990-1997) and more recently United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (1997-2002), has spent most of her life as a human rights advocate. Born Mary Bourke in Ballina, County Mayo (1944), the daughter of two physicians, she was educated at the University of Dublin (Trinity College), King’s Inns Dublin and Harvard Law School to which she won a fellowship in 1967.

Ratan N. Tata has been the Chairman of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group, since 1991. He is also the Chairman of the major Tata companies including Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Power, Tata Tea, Tata Chemicals, Indian Hotels, Tata Teleservices and Tata AutoComp. During his tenure, the Group’s revenues have grown over nine-fold to annualised Group revenues of over $ 55 bn.

Tarik Mohamed Yousef was appointed in March 2011 as Chief Executive Officer of Silatech.

An expert on youth inclusion and policy reform in the Arab world, he has contributed over 50 articles and chapters, and co-edited several volumes and reports. His policy experience includes working at the African and Middle East Departments of the International Monetary Fund, the Middle East and North Africa Region at World Bank, the United Nations Development Program, and the Millennium Project at the UN. He is a regular media commentator, public speaker and advisor to international institutions, governments and corporations on Middle Eastern affairs.
